Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup oats
1/2 whole-wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup coconut
1/3 cup raisins
2 tbsp corn oil
3/4 cup apple, pureed
1/4 butter, softened
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/3 cup almonds, ground
4 tbsp honey
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together and set aside. Blend apple and honey until it reaches a smooth consistency. Add butter. Add liquid mixture to dry mixture and mix. Scoop spoonfuls onto a lightly greased baking and flatten to a 1/4" thickness. Bake in a preheated oven at 400F for 15-20 minutes. Cool on rack.
