Ingredients:
4 slices whole meal bread
50 grams butter
1/2 cooked chicken
300 grams asparagus, cooked
125 grams Camembert cheese, sliced
Directions:
Preheat grill to moderately hot. Toast bread lightly on both sides until golden. Spread one side of toast with butter, if desired.
Remove meat from chicken and shred coarsely. Divide shredded chicken equally on toast slices. Arrange asparagus spears over chicken, trimming the asparagus if necessary.
Lay Camembert slices on top of chicken and asparagus. Place under the grill and cook for 5 minutes until cheese has melted and chicken is heated through. Serve immediately.
