Ingredients:
350 chicken breast
250 grams green beans
1 / 2 cup walnuts, chopped
2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon water
1 / 2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon peanut oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
Directions:
In a medium saucepan cook whole green beans for about 10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain. Set aside.
Pour peanut oil into a wok or large pan. (Add more oil as necessary during cooking.) Preheat over medium-high heat. Stir-fry garlic in hot oil for 15 seconds. Add onion, stir-fry for about 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Remove onion mixture from the wok.
Add walnuts to the hot wok; stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden. Remove walnuts from the wok.
Add chicken to the hot wok; stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until done. Return onion mixture and walnuts to the wok. Add beans.
Stir sauce and add sauce to the wok. Stir all ingredients together coating with the sauce. Cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes. Serve with rice.
