Ingredients:
250g prawns, cooked
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
1 red chili, seeded, sliced
1 green chili, seeded, sliced
2 teaspoon sugar
200g rice noodles
2 tablespoon mint, torn
Directions:
Shell and devein prawns, leaving tails intact. Combine prawns with juice, sauce, chilies and sugar in large bowl.
Place noodles in large heatproof bowl, cover with boiling water, stand until tender then drain. Combine noodles and mint with prawn mixture, Serve.
