Ingredients:
1 tablespoon gelatin
2 tablespoon water
5 grams dark chocolate, melted
1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup sour cream
4 egg whites
1/4 cup sugar
Directions:
Sprinkle gelatin over water in cup, stand in small pan of simmering
water, and stir until dissolved. Combine chocolate, coffee, and cocoa in a
large bowl. Stir in combined cream and yogurt, then gelatin mixture.
Beat egg whites in small bowl with electric
mixer until soft peaks form, gradually add sugar, beating until dissolved
between additions. Fold egg while mixture into chocolate mixture in 2 batches.
Spoon mixture into 6 dessert glasses (3/4
cup/180ml). Refrigerate until set. Serve with fruit, if desired.
