Creamy Fettuccini Alfredo
A popular dish that combines fettuccini noodles, garlic, Parmesan cheese and a dash of black pepper.

Ingredients:
250 grams
1 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
3/4 cup cream
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
salt and black pepper,

Directions:

Cook pasta according to package directions.
While pasta is cooking, in a small saucepan, heat olive oil over a low heat. Add garlic; cook until tender. Add the Parmesan and cream; cook, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted. Increase heat to medium; cook, stirring constantly, until sauce comes to a boil. Remove pan from heat; stir in parsley and pepper.
Drain pasta; transfer to a large serving bowl. Pour cheese sauce over top; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
