Ingredients:
250 grams cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons cumin
2 green onions, chopped
12 slices salami, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 pieces baladi or pita bread
90 grams butter
Directions:
Beat cheese, cumin, onions, salami and garlic in small bowl until combined.
Split each baladi bread open and spread salami mixture inside; press closed.
Spread butter onto both sides of bread; cook in heated pan until lightly browned each side and crisp, drain on absorbent paper. To serve, cut each pocket bread quarters.
