Ingredients:
3 large cucumbers
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon mint, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Directions:
Seed cucumbers; chop finely.
Place cucumber in colander, sprinkle with salt and stand for 15 minutes. Rinse under cold water; drain on absorbent paper.
Combine yogurt, mint and garlic in medium bowl with cucumber; stir until combined.
