Ingredients:
125g green beans
2 cans tuna, drained
1 large lettuce
410g small potatoes, boiled, quartered
250g cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup black olives, seeded
1/2 cup French dressing
2 teaspoons mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons chervil
Directions:
Place beans in medium heatproof bowl, pour boiling water over beans, stand for 5 minutes; drain. Rinse beans under cold water; drain well. Break tuna into large chunks.
Line large serving bowl with lettuce; top with combined beans, tuna, potato, tomato and olives.
Mix dressing with mustard, garlic and chervil in small bowl, pour over salad.
