Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups peanut oil
100 grams butter
12 cloves garlic, minced
3 small red chilies, seeded and chopped
30 king prawns, shelled, deveined, tails intact
French bread
Directions:
Pour oil into a large frying pan. Add butter to pan.
Add chili and garlic to pan and stir.
Heat frying pan and contents until butter is
very hot and bubbling. Add the prawns and cook for 3-4 minutes or until prawns
are pink and cooked.
Serve immediately with slices of fresh French
bread.
