Ingredients:
2 cups chicken breast, cooked and diced
1/4 cup yogurt
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons ginger, grated
1 cup snow peas, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 tablespoon onion, sliced
Directions:
Combine yogurt, lime juice, and ginger in a medium bowl. Add chicken, stirring to coat. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes. Toss snow peas, celery, and onion together. Arrange salad mixture in four chilled salad bowls. Top with chicken mixture.
