Ingredients:
1 cup beef, minced
3/4 cup salsa (tomatoes, cilantro, onion, jalapeno pepper, lime juice,
salt)
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin
6 corn tortillas, warmed
2 tablespoons cheddar cheese, grated
Toppings, such as shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and onion
(optional)
Directions:
Mix minced beef, salsa and seasonings in nonstick skillet; cook on
medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Spoon minced beef mixture evenly onto
tortillas; fold over. Top with cheese and desired toppings.
