Ingredients:
4 cups mushrooms, sliced
4 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
3 cups pasta, cooked
Directions:
Heat the oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the onion until soft. Add the garlic and mushrooms and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir-fry until combined and heated through.
