Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp mixed herbs (oregano & basil & dill)
1 tsp garlic, minced
2 white fish fillets (haddock, cod)
Directions
In
a bowl combine the crumbs, Parmesan, herbs and garlic, mix well. Put butter in
a shallow dish, dip the fish in the butter, then coat with the herbs mixture.
Place fish in an oven dish and bake at 200°C
for 15-20 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes and salad.
