Ingredients:
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon capers, drained
2 teaspoons dill, chopped
2 teaspoons horseradish
1 teaspoon lime juice
4 small salmon fillets
Directions:
Combine sour cream with capers, dill, horseradish and juice in medium
bowl.
Heat oiled in a large pan; cook salmon until
browned on both sides and cook as desired.
Serve salmon with dill and caper dressing.
