Ingredients:
1 kg prawns
2 teaspoons peanut oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons ginger, grated
2 teaspoons lemon grass, chopped
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
2 teaspoons honey
4 green onions, chopped
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in bowl with the exception of prawns and peanut
oil; mix well
Shell and devein prawns, leaving tails intact.
Combine prawns and marinade in bowl. Cover; refrigerate for several hours or
overnight.
Heat peanut oil in large non-stick pan, add
prawns in batches. Cook prawns until tender.
