Sweet batter pudding with strawberries.

Ingredients:
4 egg whites, beaten
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoon orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups yogurt
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups strawberries, sliced
2 teaspoons confectioners sugar

Directions:
In a large bowl, beat together egg whites, eggs, granulated sugar, honey, orange juice, vanilla, and salt with a wire whisk or an electric mixer on low speed until light and frothy. Stir in yogurt until mixture is smooth. Add flour; beat until combined and mixture is smooth.
Grease a 25cm quiche dish; arrange strawberries in bottom of dish. Pour batter over fruit. Bake in a 190°C (Gas mark 5) oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until center appears set when shaken. Cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes. Serve warm. Just before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar and, if desired, garnish with fresh strawberries.
