Ingredients:
250 grams spaghetti, broken
700 grams broccoli florets
450 grams shrimp, peeled, deveined
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon chili oil
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 spring onions, chopped
1/3 cup cashew nuts, chopped
Directions:
In a large pot, boil a large quantity of water. Add spaghetti; cook for
4 minutes. Add broccoli; cook for 2 minutes. Add shrimp; cook for 2 to 3
minutes or until pink. Meanwhile, in a bowl combine peanut butter and soy
sauce. Stir in vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil, grated ginger, and garlic. Drain
spaghetti mixture; return to pan. Add peanut butter mixture, green onions, and
nuts. Toss gently to coat.
