.Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
350 grams Tagliatelle
1 can tuna, drained and flaked
100 grams melted butter
4 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh mixed herbs, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
pinch black pepper

Directions:
To prepare pasta: bring a large pan of water and the oil to the boil. Add tagliatelle and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until firm and tender. Drain, rinse under warm water and drain again.
Add remaining ingredients and toss through. Serve immediately in a heated dish.
