From the very entrance, the place gives the impression of a popular hang-out hosting Cairo's elite and well-off foreigners staying at the resort. The venue basically consists of a square illuminated bar that is surrounded by different dining areas, offering guests the option of dining in either a secluded veranda overlooking the huge glass reception, decorated with palm trees and small water ponds, deep cream-color sofas and big coffee-color dining tables; or a more spacious area separated from the bar by glass partitions; or, yet, an area suitable for light snacks and beverages (due to its narrow tables and high stools).
Apart from the magical atmosphere, the place boasts another advantage: it is perfect for snacks, light bites and beverages ( so profoundly displayed in the menu. Here you will find everything from alcohol, including a variety of beer, wine and various cocktails, containing the freshest local ingredients and made in the world's finest spirits; to a long list of green, black, herbal and fruit teas; hot and iced coffees with various flavors, including hazelnut, vanilla, caramel, cinnamon, chocolate and coconut; freshly squeezed juices and a long row of mocktails and the so-called in-Fuze-ions. Among the latter, the most recommended are: Fairmont Lemon Rooibos (sweetish combo of lemon Rooibos tea with fresh berries) or Strawberry Cocktail featuring iced black tea flavored with strawberries and finished with a touch of lime. All beverages are served with light snacks ranging from pistachios to bagels and crisps, stressing once again the high service of the place.
At the same time, Fuze Bar is an interesting dining venue, serving Continental cuisine and giving clients the opportunity to choose from an array of mouth-watering dishes, as Tiger Prawns in Coriander Purée and Mango Salsa, a variety of sandwiches, burgers and Sushi ( for all health conscious clients. Among the appetizers Grilled Asian Satays (Indonesian style chicken, beef satays, pineapple carpaccio and Balinese peanut sauce) and Fuze Hexagon (fried calamari, cheese stuffed mushrooms, mozzarella sticks, sesame chicken wings, sambosek, kobeba, honey mustard and chili tomato sauce ( all served on one huge plate) are getting the top score. For the main course, try out the Prawns and Calamari Tempura (Japanese style fried jumbo prawns, calamari, vegetables and spicy kewpie mayonnaise sauce) or the palatable Beef Tenderloin (grilled to perfection and served with parsley juice, honey, sweet potato and garden salad with fresh apple walnuts).
All in all, the place is extremely recommended for couples or groups of friends looking to spend their night out in an unforgettable atmosphere, whereas venue's attentive service featuring extremely professional staff lives up to your highest expectations.
