Costa Coffee
35 - 38 Gameat El Dowal El Arabia St.

Costa Coffee has earned a loyal following over the years and has proved that a fresh new look and outtake on the café scene, subtle décor changes and just a little tweaking of the menu; can make a great establishment become a signature staple in people's social activities.
Known for their consistently good-quality food and coffees, Cilantro has become a central meeting-place for both young and old and, with over 40 branches (and counting) in Egypt, they have proven themselves to be one of the premier coffee shop franchises in town. All branches are furnished in their signature style with seating to suit all tastes (including babies), and the décor is fresh and welcoming. Unobtrusive music plays in the background and many students and business people can be seen taking advantage of the free wi-fi and delicious beverage selection.
The panini sandwiches are consistently delicious although occasionally unadventurous, while the baguette sandwiches, offer more variety. Their salads are consistently fresh and tasty but it's their desserts that shine. Their carrot cake is simply the best in town, their muffins are moist and tasty (especially the walnut and date) and can be ordered singularly, in packs of three or as 4 mini-varieties. A nice selection of hand-made cookies and granola bars are also on offer along with the all-important cheesecake. Most cakes can be ordered whole for special occasions.
It's also a fact that they offer the best price to quality/quantity ration of any coffee shop around, with their 'small' coffee's being larger (and cheaper) than almost everyone else's 'large' versions. Their drinks menu is large and varied offering hot chocolate, teas and infusions, iced coffees & frescatos.
Service is friendly and efficient.
