Beymen Cafe
Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza, 1089 Corniche El Nil, Garden City

Redefining the word “synergy”, Beymen Café, located within the famous Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza, is a real treat for the upper class clientele offering more than just a variety of snacks or a decent meal. Beymen is not only a place to shop – it’s a trendy place where you can dine and mingle.

This lively spot introduces a new concept in hospitality, blending luxury and coziness into one. Treating the guests with royal surroundings, bold colors and chic decorations, the venue has diverse seating options suitable for each mood its clients might have: comfy orange couches or the comfy bar chairs – all under a high ceiling decorated with creative and colorful drawings. Catering to various preferences and tastes, the café has three different menus: the first includes a variety of mocktails along with the traditional cold and hot drinks, the second features an array of starters and main dishes, while the third offers a unique Sushi assortment.

On the evening of our visit, we opted for the renowned Garlic and Chili Roast Chicken Salad (grilled chicken breast with cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, pickled ginger and sesame dressing), which turned out to be fabulous, due to its crispy, fried texture of the chicken and the well-balanced sweetness-spiciness of the complimentary sauce.

Next we moved on to the extensive Sushi menu, which boasted items we have never seen before, including Caesar Salad with Smoked Salmon Roll (smoked salmon, lettuce and cheese topped with beef bacon and served with Caesar dressing), the tantalizing Salmon-Green Apple Roll (smoked salmon, green apple, cream cheese and roasted almond), and the unforgettable Barbecue Eel with Salmon (grilled eel and cream cheese roll topped with salmon).

For dessert we were served an assortment of chocolates, ordered by grams, that included the Almond Crisp, the Rinette Lait, the Chocolate Ivoire and the amazing Greta Lait, which were all carefully chosen from a huge variety of café’s chocolate offerings. Along with the tea, the small pieces of chocolate tasted like heaven.

With brand new Sushi innovations, plus inventive re-imaginings of the classic Asian dishes, Beymen offers tantalizing glimpses into the diversity of elite’s culinary culture, providing an exquisitely exotic experience for shoppers and socializers alike. The service contributes to venue’s excellence, boasting attentive and friendly staff that turned our outing into a memorable experience that will last both in our heads and tummies for days to come.
